WHAT IS NORDIC CYCLING?
The Nordic Cycle involves both a hot sauna and cold plunge. This process has been proven over traditions to bring immense benefits to our mind and body. Starting with 20-minutes in our Mobile Sauna, you will then cold plunge in our Ice Bath, completing the cycle 2-3 times to see full benefits.
